Grape varieties and terroir

Made from 100% Pinot Noir, Les Ponts comes from old vines cultivated biodynamically on clay-limestone soils in the Daix region, just outside Dijon. This unique, still little-known terroir produces wines of great finesse and pronounced mineral tension.

Tasting

Color: Bright ruby red, with slightly purplish highlights.

Nose: Intense aromas of fresh red fruits (raspberry, redcurrant), rose, peony, with spicy touches and a light note of undergrowth.

Palate: Lively and delicious attack, delicate texture, silky tannins and a beautiful freshness. Salivating finish, marked by mineral tension and persistent floral notes.

Storage Potential

8-12 years old

Food and Wine Pairings

Perfect with roast poultry, herby pork tenderloin, light game terrine or soft cheeses (Brillat-Savarin, Saint-Marcellin).
