Shipping policy
Please note that each of your orders is prepared with the utmost care and undergoes multiple quality checks by our teams (5 to 6 successive inspections). Our cases are kept, from their departure from the châteaux, in our specialized warehouses in Bordeaux, under ideal temperature and humidity conditions. For cases shipped directly from partner estates, the quality of the grands crus remains an absolute requirement: we regularly visit in person to personally verify it.
