Grape varieties and terroir

The vineyard lies on a terroir of fine gravel on a clay-gravel subsoil, giving tension and depth to the wine. The blend is mainly composed of Sauvignon Blanc (70-75%), for freshness and precision, complemented by Sémillon (25-30%), which brings roundness and aromatic complexity.

Color: Bright pale yellow with golden highlights.

Nose: Subtle aromas of citrus (grapefruit, lime), exotic fruits, white flowers, enriched with notes of flint, beeswax and delicate toasted touches.
