Grape varieties and terroir

The Pontet-Canet vineyard stretches across Quaternary gravel hillocks, characteristic of Pauillac. The grape varieties are dominated by Cabernet Sauvignon, complemented by Merlot, Cabernet Franc, and Petit Verdot. This diversity produces wines of remarkable depth, combining intensity and freshness.

Tasting

Color: Intense red with deep garnet highlights.

Nose: Complex bouquet combining ripe black fruits (blackcurrant, blackberry), graphite, cedar and fine spicy touches.

Palate: Full and dense attack, very fine tannins, solid and harmonious structure. Long finish, marked by freshness and characteristic mineral notes.
