The vineyard lies on deep gravel soils, giving the wines power, precision and mineral freshness, characteristics of the Branaire-Ducru style.

Tasting

Color: Deep garnet red, with bright purple highlights.

Nose: Pure and expressive, revealing aromas of fresh red and black fruits (cherry, blackcurrant, blackberry), accompanied by floral notes (violet), liquorice and sweet spices (white pepper).

Palate: Smooth attack, silky and precise on the palate, with very fine tannins. The balance between the density of the fruit and the mineral freshness is remarkable. Long, elegant and persistent finish with notes of black fruits and graphite.

Storage Potential

A harmonious vintage that will improve over 20 to 25 years, offering aromas of truffle, leather and undergrowth over time.
