Grape varieties and terroir

100% Pinot Noir, the emblematic grape variety of the Côte de Nuits.
The Les Beaux Bruns climate is located south of the village of Chambolle-Musigny, on brown clay-limestone soils rich in pebbles, promoting deep rooting. This terroir produces wines of great finesse, with a silky mouthfeel and remarkable persistence.

Tasting

Color: Clear ruby red, with garnet highlights, of beautiful intensity.

Nose: A very delicate bouquet, combining aromas of fresh red fruits (cherry, raspberry), violet, with subtle touches of undergrowth and sweet spices (white pepper, nutmeg).

Palate: Smooth and airy attack, silky texture, fine and velvety tannins. The palate offers a beautiful harmony between freshness and depth, with a persistent finish on floral and mineral notes of great elegance.

Storage Potential

Accessible in its youth for its finesse, this Chambolle-Musigny 1er Cru can improve over 10 to 15 years, gaining in tertiary complexity (notes of leather, humus, truffle).

Food and Wine Pairings

A gastronomic wine, ideal with:

- Chicken supreme with morels
- Honey-roasted duck with sweet spices
- Veal fillet in herb crust
- Matured soft cheeses (Brillat-Savarin, Chaource)
- Delicate dishes made with wild mushrooms
