Grape varieties and terroir

A blend dominated by Malbec, emblematic of Argentina, accompanied by Cabernet Sauvignon and sometimes other Bordeaux grape varieties in small proportions. The vines, planted at altitude (over 1000 m), benefit from a temperate continental climate, with strong temperature variations favoring the freshness of the wines. The alluvial soils, rich in gravel and sand, ensure optimal ripeness and a beautiful concentration of the berries.

Tasting

Color: Deep red with purple highlights

Nose: Intense bouquet of ripe black fruits (blackcurrant, blackberry), enhanced with notes of cocoa, liquorice, sweet spices and subtle hints of mint.

Palate: Full and velvety attack, dense but perfectly coated tannins, superb balance between power and freshness. Long and elegant finish, with notes of blond tobacco, graphite and candied fruits.
