- The intensity of Pinot Noir: 40 to 50% including 10% red wine
- The roundness of Meunier: 30 to 40% including 10% red wine
- The elegance of Cardonnay: 10 to 20% including 20 to 30% reserve wines specially selected to perfect its intensity and subtlety
