Grape varieties and terroir

Coming from a terroir of Günzian gravel on clay-limestone subsoils, this wine is composed mainly of Sauvignon Blanc, accompanied by Sémillon. This emblematic duo gives the wine both mineral tension, aromatic richness and elegance.
