Grape varieties and terroir

Made from 100% Chardonnay, this wine comes from carefully selected plots on clay-limestone soils, typical of the Côte de Beaune terroirs. The ideal exposure of these vines allows for optimal maturation, while preserving the natural freshness of the grape variety.

Tasting

Color: Pale yellow with luminous golden highlights.

Nose: Beautiful intensity with aromas of white flowers, citrus fruits, green apple, complemented by subtle notes of fresh butter and hazelnut.

Palate: Lively and chiseled attack, beautiful mineral tension, ample texture and very elegant saline finish.

Storage Potential

Ideal to enjoy now for its freshness, it can also improve over 5 to 8 years.

Food and Wine Pairings

Perfect accompaniment to sea bream tartare, seared scallops, or a chicken vol-au-vent with cream.
