Grape varieties and terroir

The vineyard lies on a terroir of sandy-clay gravel, ideal for promoting the development of noble rot (Botrytis cinerea). The grape varieties are dominated by Sémillon, the king of Sauternes, accompanied by a smaller proportion of Sauvignon Blanc, bringing liveliness and finesse.
