Founded at the beginning of the 20th century by Eugène-Aimé Salon, this legendary house is dedicated to a single wine: a vintage Blanc de Blancs made exclusively from the Grand Cru Le Mesnil-sur-Oger.

Salon only produces its vintage in years deemed exceptional — fewer than 40 vintages over the century.

Aged for more than 10 years on lees, this rare champagne combines integrity, chalky finesse and extraordinary aging potential.

Only 1 hectare belongs to the house, the rest comes from rigorously selected plots.
