Grape varieties and terroir

The Armand de Brignac Rosé blend is based on a majority of Pinot Noir (50%), complemented by 40% Pinot Meunier and 10% Chardonnay. A proportion of Pinot Noir vinified as red is added to give the wine its vibrant color and aromatic depth. The grapes are carefully selected from exceptional terroirs in the Montagne de Reims, the Vallée de la Marne, and the Côte des Blancs.

Tasting

Color: Bright salmon pink with copper highlights, fine and regular effervescence.

Nose: Generous aromas of wild strawberries, ripe cherries, candied citrus fruits and touches of pastry.

Palate: Full and velvety texture, beautiful tension, flavors of fresh red fruits, brioche and mineral notes on the finish, long aromatic persistence.

10-15 years old

Food and Wine Pairings

Perfect as an aperitif, it also enhances red tuna carpaccio, salmon sashimi, duck breast with red fruits or even a strawberry and rhubarb dessert.
