Grape varieties and terroir

Le Petit Cheval Blanc is made primarily from Sauvignon Blanc, complemented by a touch of Sémillon. The vines grow on clay-sand and gravel soils, giving the wine mineral tension and superb aromatic finesse.

Tasting

Color: Pale yellow with golden and green highlights, clear and brilliant.

Nose: Subtle aromas of white flowers, citrus fruits (lemon, grapefruit), supported by notes of fresh almond, flint and light woody accents.

Palate: Lively and precise attack, ample and velvety texture. The saline minerality prolongs the finish, giving the wine exceptional persistence.
